BJP claimant Kirron Kher says she is banking on a “Modi wave” and her work as an MP from Chandigarh to cruise by a competition to win a chair for a second uninterrupted term.
Contesting opposite Congress hopeful Pawan Kumar Bansal, a four-time MP, she blamed him for doing “nothing” for Chandigarh and betrothed to move a city to a tip position in cleanliness and sanitation.
But Bansal has blamed Kher for a dump in a city’s ranking from third to 20th mark in Swachh Survekshan 2019.
