Assam Pradesh Congress Committee boss Ripun Bora has offering to renounce after a party’s bad opening in a Lok Sabha elections.
Mr. Bora, a Rajya Sabha member, sent his abdication to Congress boss Rahul Gandhi owning “moral responsibility” for a party’s electoral show.
“Whatever maybe a reason for this degrading better of my celebration in Assam, my demur doesn’t concede me to continue as boss of Assam PCC. In sequence to give a new demeanour to a celebration and reinvigorate it, we consider a new inheritor should be take immediately in my place,” he wrote in a minute on May 24.
