Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) boss Prem Singh Tamang, popularly famous as P S Golay, on Monday took promise as a arch apportion of Sikkim.
Eleven SKM MLAs were also administered a promise by Governor Ganga Prasad during Paljor Stadium here.
