Mayawati accuses Adityanath of violating EC anathema on canvassing

BSP supremo Mayawati Thursday indicted UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of blatantly violating a 72-hr EC anathema on canvassing and a check physique with branch a blind eye to a violations.

In a tweet, Mayawati said, “By blatantly violating a anathema imposed by a Election Commission, UP Chief Minister Yogi (Adityanath) is visiting temples in several cities and doing a play of carrying food outward a residence of a Dalit. The EC on Monday imposed a 72-hour campaigning anathema on Adityanath for creation community remarks during a new choosing assembly in Meerut. The anathema came into force from Tuesday morning.

Mayawati said, “If a Election Commission continues a tolerance (meharbaani) and turns a blind eye, afterwards it will be unfit to have this elections giveaway and fair…The BJP care is ruin focussed on forcing itself (manmaani), as it had been doing compartment now.”

The BSP arch also flayed a BJP leadership.

“Today, voting is being hold for a second proviso of elections, and a BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are shaken and jumpy like a Congress was feeling in a final Lok Sabha elections. The genuine reason for this is a mindset, that is opposite a poor, labourers, farmers, Dalits, retrograde and Muslims,” she said.
