20 killed in rain-related incidents in Kerala 

Flooding and landslides due to complicated rains have killed fifteen people in Kerala. Idukki dam was non-stop after 26 years after H2O turn rose following continuous rains in a district. The Idukki dam’s shiver was final non-stop in 1992.
